Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Berline is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She serves Ontario residents.

As a first-generation immigrant and a military spouse, she has experienced her fair share of struggles, obstacles, and psychological distresses. However, she believes that everyone has the inner strength to overcome life’s difficult moments which has also led her to victory and thriving in tough times. She passionately believes that we can overcome our challenges with support, and build resiliency to live fulfilling lives.

With a background in Neurosciences and social work, she is well-rounded in education and skills in counselling practices and tailoring the intervention to meet each client’s unique needs. She has a Master’s degree in Neurological Sciences combined with 15 years of research that equipped her with extensive knowledge of brain functioning, restructuring, and healing processes. Additionally, she has over five years of experience as a family support worker supporting children, youth, adults, and families with different socio-economic needs and from diverse communities facing immigration challenges, life transitions, family conflicts, loss, and trauma.

Berline is committed to instilling hope, encouragement, and positively impacting individual lives within a culturally, non-judgmental, and safe space. She is dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families with compassion, empathy, and acceptance to achieve their goals and live a brighter future. Berline obtained her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She is bilingual French-English and accepting clients.
