Dorothy is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She is presently completing her Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and has numerous years working with individuals with mental health concerns, and volunteering in mental health services organizations. Dorothy loves nature, traveling, reading, baking, and spending quality time with her family.

Dorothy’s approach to therapy is to meet the clients where they are at. She believes we each have within us all that we need to create the life we desire. She firmly believes that therapy is a collaborative effort between client and therapist, working towards creating a positive life experience. From her years of experience working with people in the social services and hospitality industry, she has realized the importance of empathy while working with clients. She is committed to creating a safe space for everyone of all genders, ages, races, and cultures.
