Dorothy is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Having earned her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, she brings with her several years of experience working with individuals dealing with mental health issues. Additionally, she has volunteered for various mental health services organizations. Dorothy loves nature, traveling, reading, baking, and spending quality time with her family.

Dorothy’s approach to therapy is to meet the clients where they are at. She believes we each have within us all that we need to create the life we desire. She firmly believes that therapy is a collaborative effort between client and therapist, working towards creating a positive life experience. From her years of experience working with people in the social services and hospitality industry, she has realized the importance of empathy while working with clients. She is committed to creating a safe space for everyone of all genders, ages, races, and cultures.
