Meet Khay Ogbuaku Jnr! She wears many hats at Shades of Therapy!

I am your first point of contact when you reach out to begin your therapeutic journey at Shades of Therapy. It would be my privilege to help match you with a therapist to get started. My aim is to make this process as easy as possible, so you can get the support you deserve fast and efficiently. I am passionate and knowledgeable about therapy and mental health and can answer any questions you may have about our therapists or the process of therapy. 

I am a second-year student presently completing my Bachelor of Psychology degree at the University of Ottawa on my career journey toward becoming a Psychologist.

When I have the time you will easily find me vinyl-shopping, thrifting or hanging out with friends.
