I am deeply passionate and well-informed about therapy and mental health, and I’m here to address any questions you might have regarding our therapists or the therapy process. 

I am a second-year student presently completing my Bachelor of Psychology degree at the University of Ottawa on my career journey toward becoming a Psychologist.
