Our first session helps us determine if we are a good fit. With you giving me a summary of your story, we go over some documents and policies, what brings you to therapy and how often we will meet.

Individual sessions: 50 minutes
Couple sessions: 
75 minutes
Family sessions: 
75 minutes

Initial phone consultation (15 minutes): Free   

Individual: $165 plus tax
Couple: $180 plus tax
Family: $200 plus tax
Clinical Associate: $140 plus tax
Intern: $80 plus tax

Insurance info
A receipt will be provided to you after payment is received which you can then submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider as I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

    Additional fees may apply for documentation requests (e.g., letters for employers, school, court, etc.)
  • We offer some sliding scale (lower rate) sessions based on need. Please discuss this with me in your initial consultation.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, e-transfers, and cash

If you need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment, please do so within 24 hours. You will be charged the full session fee if prior notice is not given.
