Rachael is a Registered Psychotherapist with years of experience working with youth and adults with various mental health and life challenges. She also has several years of experience supporting young therapists toward growth. Rachael joins Shades of Therapy in that capacity as a Clinical Counselling Supervisor in line with our goal of providing learning opportunities for future therapists.
